Uniform Administrator

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses (including accommodation) 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage uniform stock and ensure proper fit for all employees.
• Track and document uniform stock levels, reporting discrepancies when necessary.
• Inspect uniforms for quality and manage repair or alteration processes.
• Collaborate with tailors, suppliers, and various departments to meet uniform needs.
• Ensure uniform policies are followed and maintain personal appearance records.
• Use company software to manage stock movements and update records.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in  Serbian or Turkish (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency (B2).
• PC literate and familiar with stock management software.
• High attention to detail in managing inventory and appearance standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments and communicate with suppliers.
• Background in fashion, textiles, or uniform design.
• Experience in streamlining inventory processes for greater efficiency.
