Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensures factory regulations are observed and followed;
  • Ensures, in cooperation with the Maintenance Engineer, that all obligations related to industrial laws and regulations are respected;
  • Continuously learns to improve maintainance skills, shares the knowledg with team members and promotes joint improvement of quality requirements;
  • Participate in various equipment maintenance and improvement meetings;
  • Performs maintenance and repai of production equipment according to maintenance records and regularly performs tasks of preventive / predictive maintenance of equipment; Performs on time inspections, analyzes, evaluates and deals with emergency situations in the production process and reports them on time;
  • Work in collaboration with maintenance engineers and production managers to participate in the compilation and procurement of monthly spare parts lists, tool lists, tooling lists, and auxiliary material lists;
  • Be responsible for the periodic appraisal of tooling fixtures and ensure that the results are under control. Rectify any problems found in a timely manner;
  • Monitors and participates in the improvement of all KPIs related to maintenance;
  • Reduces equipment downtime and improves equipment utilization;
  • Responsible for identifying potential equipment hazards and implementing management plans and proposing plans to reduce existing potential safety hazards, complying with various operating procedures for equipment safety and maintenance and hazardous work approval procedures, and strictly adhering to the energy shutdown process during equipment maintenance;
  • Implementing 5s principles to ensure the workplace is clean, tidy and organized;
  • Be responsible for the maintenance of relevant data within the ELMS system to ensure its correct and effective operation.
  • Takes responsibility for the management of the company's relevant IOS files and IATF16949 / ISO45001 / ISO14000 standard requirements, ensure the effective operation of IOS files and continuously improving the relevant processes and applications of IOS files in the department;

General Requirements:

  • High school degree (III/IV degree), filed of study: electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or similar
  • More than 5 years of work experience in the field of maintenance of equipment and machines
  • Good interpersonal communication and organization and coordination skills, strong team awareness.
  • Meet the requirements of the company's values and leadership model.
  • Comply with information security management regulations and codes of conduct, reasonably use and protect company information systems and equipment.
