HR Fabrika is an HR company that covers a widerange of HR services including recruitment and selection, consulting, payroll,organization design etc. Our client  - JTI (Japan Tobacco International),a innovative international company with 46,000 employees, 119 differentnationalities and operating in over 70 countries worldwide and in Serbia, present since 2006, with a factory in Senta and headquarters inBelgrade, producing and distributing cigarettes and tobacco products whileinvesting in local communities and sustainability initiatives, is looking for: Corporate AffairsManager(Serbia &Montenegro)  This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic thinking,communication, and stakeholder management in a dynamic environment.Your key responsibilities will include:Monitoring political, legislative, and regulatory developments in Serbia and MontenegroRepresenting the company by delivering key messages to stakeholders, aligned with the business strategyDrafting and advocating regulatory positions during public consultationsOverseeing external affairs related to our factory in Senta, with a focus on local and manufacturing regulationsLeading anti -counterfeiting initiatives in collaboration with authorities and internal teams Requirements What we're looking for:Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (state administration, regulatory affairs, legal, economics)Proven expertise in public administration and working with state bodies and institutionsStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build connections across media, state bodies, trade unions, and industry peersExcellent communication and networking skillsFluency in English (written and spoken)Flexibility for frequent travel and a valid B driving license
