  • Conduct KYC checks and verify player identities in line with regulatory and internal compliance standards.
  • Monitor transactions and player activity to identify suspicious behavior or potential fraud.
  • Review flagged accounts, investigate issues, and escalate cases when needed.
  • Support the onboarding process by ensuring all required documents and data are accurately collected and validated.
  • Work closely with Customer Support and Risk teams to resolve cases efficiently.
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all verification and fraud-related actions.
  • Stay updated on relevant AML and fraud prevention regulations and best practices.


Requirements
  • Experience in iGaming customer support with exposure to KYC and/or fraud-related tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of AML regulations, KYC procedures, and fraud detection principles.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to handle sensitive data discreetly and securely.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Rotating shifts.
