Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential customers - cold calling
- Promoting and selling a portfolio of products, services, and problem-solving while maintaining customer service by building relationships with existing clients
- Negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts with clients in alignment with company goals
- Managing accounts towards sales and profit increase goals
- Conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities and target segments
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborating with marketing to align outreach strategies and generate qualified leads
- Ensuring all activities are in accordance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinating with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
- Preparing sales reports and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Attending industry events or online meetings to represent the company and generate new leads
- Maintaining CRM tools and updating customer data regularly
- Actively contributing to the development and refinement of sales processes and internal best practices
Requirements:
- English language - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Familiarity with sales and productivity tools (e.g., CRM platforms, spreadsheets, email automation)
- Available to work the afternoon shift (15h - 23h) - The sales department is constantly working the afternoon shift
- Experience in selling cameras and GPS devices will be considered an advantage
- Previous sales experience in industry will be considered as an advantage
