Position Description
We are looking for a
Junior System Administrator
to help us with the administration of computers, networks, and servers in our environment. The person in this role will support the maintenance of IT infrastructure, assist in improving network solutions, and help manage server services both locally and in the cloud.

Main Responsibilities

  • Setting up and maintaining computers and printers (installation, reinstallation, basic technical support for employees).
  • Assisting with network administration (basic router setup, monitoring internet connection, supporting optimization of internet resources).
  • Supporting administration of office and cloud servers (AWS, services like Mattermost, GitLab Runner, Posthog, …).
  • Keeping IT documentation up to date.
  • Providing day-to-day IT support to colleagues and helping solve technical issues.

Required Qualifications

  • Some experience or strong interest in system administration (Windows/Mac/Linux environments).
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (routers, firewall, load balancing is a plus).
  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Proactiveness, curiosity, and ability to work independently with guidance.
