Your Role

If you love retail, have a flair for customer service and want to be part of a team that makes a real difference, this is your chance to shine We are looking for Sales Assistants to support our Toukley team and community. 

Your Responsibility Deliver outstanding customer service with a smile.Keep our shelves stocked, tidy and looking amazing.Help customers find hidden gems (and maybe spot a few for yourself).Process sales and donations with accuracy and care.Work with volunteers and teammates to keep the store running smoothly.Bring energy, creativity and great vibes to every shift. You Will Need Retail or customer service experience - bonus points if you love fashion or stylingA people first approach – friendly, approachable and customer focused.Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours when needed.Strong communication and time management skills.A can-do attitude, teamwork mentality and a genuine love for helping others.
