Human Resources Generalist

Za potrebe kompanije koja poseduje lanac maloprodaja na teritoriji Republike Srbije potrebna je osoba koja će se priključiti HR sektoru.
Ključne odgovornosti i zadaci:
- Koordinira HR aktivnosti kroz ceo ciklus zaposlenja – od prijema do izlaska iz kompanije.
- Pomaže u sprovođenju onboarding procesa i brine o pozitivnom iskustvu novih zaposlenih.
- Učestvuje u implementaciji HR politika, procesa i internih komunikacija vezanih za zaposlene.
- Učestvuje u planiranju i sprovođenju employer branding aktivnosti (kampanje, sadržaji, događaji).
- Obezbeđuje kvalitetno iskustvo kandidata tokom selekcije (pravovremena komunikacija, organizacija razgovora, povratne informacije).
- Priprema sadržaje za interne i eksterne komunikacione kanale (LinkedIn, intranet, newsletter, događaji).
- Učestvuje u organizaciji HR događaja – sajmovi zapošljavanja, dani otvorenih vrata, prezentacije kompanije.
- Vodi evidencije o zaposlenima i HR procesima, u skladu sa internim procedurama i zakonskim propisima.
- Priprema i ažurira HR baze podataka, izveštaje i analize (fluktuacija, staž, struktura zaposlenih, odsustva).
- Priprema HR analitičke materijale i tabele za menadžment i HR tim.
- Učestvuje u sprovođenju anketa o zadovoljstvu zaposlenih i praćenju rezultata.
- Učestvuje u implementaciji novih HR alata, procesa i digitalnih rešenja.
- Koordinira aktivnosti i rokove u zajedničkim HR projektima.
- Pruža administrativnu, logističku i komunikacionu podršku specijalistima i menadžerima.
- Učestvuje u pripremi prezentacija, internih materijala i HR dokumentacije.
- Pruža svakodnevnu podršku menadžerima i zaposlenima u pitanjima primene HR politika, procedura i procesa.
- Vodi HR dokumentaciju i obezbeđuje njenu ažurnost i usklađenost sa internim pravilima i zakonodavstvom
Potrebne kvalifikacije i veštine:
- VII stepen / Visoko obrazovanje društvenog usmerenja (psihologija, organizacione nauke, menadžment, pravo, ekonomija ili srodno).
- Poželjno dodatno obrazovanje ili sertifikacija iz oblasti HR menadžmenta, treninga, koučinga ili organizacionog razvoja.
- Minimum 2–4 godine iskustva u HR-u, sa fokusom na razvoj zaposlenih, obuke, evaluaciju performansi ili HR administraciju.
Znanja i veštine:
- Razumevanje HR procesa, posebno u oblasti obuka, razvoja i evaluacije performansi.
- Dobro poznavanje MS Office paketa (posebno Excel i PowerPoint).
- Poznavanje HR alata i softvera za upravljanje zaposlenima (LMS, HRIS, performance management sistemi I sl.).
- Razvijene analitičke i prezentacione veštine.
- Veštine pisane i usmene komunikacije.
- Poznavanje engleskog jezika
