Production Director

We are seeking an experienced
Production Director
to lead and optimize our clients manufacturing operations. This position requires a highly organized, technically skilled professional capable of driving efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement across all production activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production processes, ensuring optimal performance, quality, and output.
• Plan and coordinate production schedules in line with company targets and customer requirements.
• Implement and refine LEAN manufacturing principles to improve workflow efficiency and reduce waste.
• Prepare and manage the production department's annual and investment (CAPEX) plans.
• Collaborate on budgeting, training, and workforce planning in alignment with business objectives.
• Lead, motivate, and develop production teams to achieve department goals and professional growth.
• Monitor and evaluate machine utilization to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
• Balance production costs with quality and delivery requirements to meet financial and operational KPIs.
• Define and track departmental KPIs, analyze variances, and implement corrective measures where necessary.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the production environment.

Candidate Profile

• University degree in Engineering prefered.
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience overseeing large number of employees in a production setting.
• Strong background in manufacturing enviroment.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Skilled in ERP systems, MS Office, and analytical reporting tools.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and implement systematic, data-driven improvements.
