ROLE SUMMARY:

The Contact Center Agent is responsible for delivering high-quality customer support through multiple communication channels. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage inquiries efficiently and professionally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing inbound calls in a timely manner
  • Identifying customers' needs and providing comprehensive information about BW project
  • Social media management (responding to client's inquiries through our official social media channels)
  • Updating job knowledge by studying new products description

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Excellent English knowledge
  • Social media knowledge (will be considered an advantage)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (will be considered an advantage)

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills
  • Active listening skills
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
