Join us and become the member of Belgrade Waterfront team as: FACILITY MANAGER

YOUR AGENDA:

  • Effective identification, engagement and management of FM Service delivery partners
  • Provide O&M (Operations & Maintenance) agreements for commercial and residential buildings that provide long-term preservation of the asset value in a cost-effective manner
  • O&M agreements execution for tenants and residents in order to meet changing business needs
  • Provide adequate prioritization of O&M services provided to tenants / residents to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Efficient asset and resource utilization to ensure high level of client satisfaction
  • Ensure achievement of agreed SLAs developed with FM Service Delivery providers in line with financial and operational requirements 
  • Engage with the project and construction teams at all stages to ensure the effective planning of new and existing space
  • Provide input to the design process to ensure the FM requirements are built into the process up front
  • Manage the FM services provision for new technologies to ensure full integration across the site
  • Monitor delivery of services to ensure effectiveness and cost control
  • Produce policies and procedures for delivery of FM services
  • Monitor adherence to guidelines and ensure compliance across site
  • Stakeholder management (residents, tenants and O&M contractors) 
  • Maintain relationships with parties that enhance Company's reputation and support achievement of business strategies

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field 
  • Minimum 8 years' experience of in-depth knowledge of facilities, infrastructure, asset management, real estate or maintenance
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in management roles
  • High level of operational effectiveness with the ability to deliver quality results
  • Ability to plan, coordinate and direct team members 
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of products especially MS Excel
