Currently, we are looking for an ambitious CRM Manager (Russian-speaking) to join our team for full-time employment in our beautiful office in New Belgrade.

In this role you will be responsible for driving customer engagement and retention by executing personalized and data-driven CRM campaigns tailored for Russian-speaking audiences. You will work closely with the Head of CRM and cross-functional teams to enhance the player experience across multiple touchpoints and lifecycle stages.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app) for Russian-speaking users.
  • Designing and maintaining customer lifecycle journeys onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back.
  • Collaborating with product managers, content, design, and data teams to align CRM initiatives with product goals and user flows.
  • Analysing user behaviour and segmenting the player base to deliver personalized and targeted communications.
  • Running A/B tests and continuously improving campaign performance based on data insights.
  • Monitoring CRM KPIs such as engagement rate, retention, churn, and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Ensuring that all communication aligns with brand voice, complies with regulations, and supports product objectives.
  • Providing regular reporting and insights to the Head of CRM and wider Product team.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent Russian speaker, with professional working proficiency in English.
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, ideally in a digital product environment (iGaming, fintech, apps, or e-commerce).
  • Strong knowledge of customer segmentation, automation workflows, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Braze, Salesforce, Optimove, or similar).
  • Good understanding of customer behaviour metrics, user journeys, and retention strategies.
  • Solid analytical skills; proficiency in Excel/Sheets and data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Would be a plus:

  • Experience in iGaming or other online entertainment verticals.

  • Familiarity with user engagement tools, personalization engines, and BI dashboards.

  • Understanding of compliance (e.g., GDPR or local data/privacy regulations).
