We are seeking a detail-oriented
Benefits Analyst
to support the HR Compensation & Benefits team within a leading global organization in the information services and analytics sector. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, accurate, and comfortable working in an operational HR environment.

Role Overview

The Benefits Analyst will support daily benefits operations across multiple countries, ensuring timely processing, accurate documentation, and strong communication with employees and HR partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Benefits ticketing system and respond to employee benefit inquiries.
  • Process benefit enrollments for employees in designated countries.
  • Prepare and send benefit-related email communications.
  • Review, validate, and process benefit invoices with proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with HR partners and external benefit providers to resolve issues or escalate when needed.
  • Ensure accurate updates of benefit information in HR systems and maintain data integrity.
  • Support benefits reporting, audits, and reconciliation activities.
  • Maintain benefits-related documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures and local regulations.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations, benefits administration, payroll, or shared services.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
  • Solid written communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with HR systems or ticketing tools
  • Basic understanding of HR processes or benefits administration is a plus.
