Job Overview: The Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving the hotel's revenue strategy. Pre-opening experience will be highly valued, as the role will involve shaping and executing sales strategies to position The Bristol Belgrade as the premier choice for discerning travelers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to maximize revenue and market share.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies, corporate partners, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and target new business opportunities in both domestic and international markets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful sales and promotional materials.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the luxury hotel sector, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked with international brands.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the luxury market and international sales channels.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Serbian; additional languages are a plus.
