Title: Manager of Risk and Resiliency Operations
Location: Belgrade, Serbia
Key Responsibilities
Process Automation & Digitization

• Support the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow workflows to support issue management, risk management, resiliency, and other GRC modules
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes across the Risk Office organization, reducing friction and improving scalability

Tools & Analytics Management

• Own the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics platforms used by the Risk Office
• Partner with IT Shared Services and other stakeholders to ensure data integrity and alignment with enterprise reporting standards

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

• Develop and maintain operational playbooks, SOPs, and performance metrics to support team accountability and transparency
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to identify and resolve process gaps, inefficiencies, and control weaknesses
• Support the integration of risk, resiliency, and compliance workflows, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities

Governance & Compliance Support

• Ensure adherence to internal standards and external regulatory requirements related to risk and resiliency operations
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Audit teams to support documentation, testing, and remediation efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Information Systems, or related field; Master's preferred
• 7+ years of experience in risk operations, compliance, or process improvement roles
• Proven experience with ServiceNow or similar workflow automation platforms
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
