Production Engineer

Main Responsibilities:

  • Personnel planning and deployment scheduling in cooperation with the Production Manager (vacation, temporary workers, overtime work);
  • Makes certain that factory regulations are observed and respected;
  • Improve and maximize production line efficiency;
  • Regularly organize communication and discussion sessions among workshop team leaders and employees;
  • Makes certain, in cooperation with the Production Manager, that all obligations concerning industrial laws and regulations are followed;
  • Organizes and monitors training of staff according to training schedules;
  • Monitors quality;
  • Organize team leaders and employees to attend company and departmental meetings;
  • Be responsible for the implementation of safety regulations for workshop employees;
  • Be responsible for handling abnormal events during the production process and coordinating work;
  • Be responsible for the daily production situation notification (summary and organization of production data, notification of abnormal shutdowns);
  • Be responsible for the daily supervision of product dimensions and cooperate with process engineers to make correct dimensional adjustments;
  • Cooperate with various audits and inspections of the company, and carry out the rectification work of related issues;

General Requirements:

  • Ba/Ms degree in engineering, mechanics or related;
  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience in management of Production;
  • Prefferable experience in the process of management of E-coating, welding processes;
  • International Operating System (IOS): Understand, apply and meet all function-related IOS requirements.
  • Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS): Understand, apply and meet all function-related EHS requirements.
  • Product Safety: Understand, apply and meet all function-related Product Safety requirements.
