Head of Maintenance

HR Fabrika is an HR company that covers a wide range of HR services including recruitment and selection, consulting, payroll, organization design etc. For our client – Henkel, we are looking for a motivated candidate for a position: Head of Maintenance KruÅevac Key Responsibilities: • Manages all maintenance activities and projects, defines maintenance strategies, and implements technological solutions to improve productivity in line with key KPIs (Safety, Quality, OEE, MTBF, Cost). • Ensures compliance with safety, fire protection, hygiene, and environmental standards, actively raising employee awareness about safety measures. • Organizes and coordinates all preventive and corrective maintenance activities and schedules (weekly, monthly, annually). • Ensures proper implementation and improvement of procedures, especially related to LOTOTO standards and legal/regulatory compliance. • Develops skill -based growth plans for maintenance staff, mentors employees, resolves conflicts, and encourages continuous improvement and innovation. • Leads implementation and use of SAP MMA and PM DMS systems, ensuring equipment reliability and spare parts management. • Implements productivity and efficiency initiatives, reduces material losses, and drives rationalization across maintenance processes. • Actively participates in LEAN implementation (SIM, PM Pillar, DMS, and LDOR meetings, providing coaching and supporting problem -solving initiatives). • Reviews and reduces maintenance & repair (M&R) costs, prepares test operations, analyzes errors, and creates monthly cost -reduction plans. • Organizes technical and safety trainings, ensures adherence to Henkel Consumer Brands policies, standards, procedures, and code of conduct. Requirements • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical field. • At least 5 years of experience in leading maintenance operations, ideally in FMCG or chemical industry environments. • Proven leadership and organizational abilities, with experience in managing multidisciplinary maintenance teams. • Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance planning, as well as reliability -centered maintenance (RCM) strategies. • Solid understanding of maintenance -related safety regulations, technical compliance standards, and environmental protection protocols. • Proficiency in root cause analysis, continuous improvement (Kaizen), and implementation of cost -reduction initiatives in maintenance. • Skilled in budget planning, spare parts management, and optimizing M&R (Maintenance & Repair) costs. • Excellent communication and cross -functional collaboration skills, particularly with production and engineering. • Fluency in English (written and spoken). • Proficiency in MS Office.
