In everyday business, our colleagues are in contact with members of more than 25 different nations and cultures, while communication with our clients is performed in over 10 different industries.We are in search of a new team member to join us as a Head of Legal ​Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategies and procedures for legal compliance and minimizing legal risksIdentify and proactively manage legal risks associated with the company's operationsProvide legal support during negotiations with clients for strategic projectsManaging all procecess of the legal teamAdvise on issues related to trademarks, patents, and copyrightsProvide legal advice to the management team and other sectors regarding various legal issues and riskConduct legal research and analysis to monitor changes in legislation that may affect the company's operationsOrganize and conduct training records for employees in accordance with compliance proceduresPrepare, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with clients and suppliers to protect the company's interestsRequirements:Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of LawExperience in corporate law, labor relations, compliance, and contractual mattersAbility to manage multiple projectsExceptional organizational abilities and attention to detailStrong analytical and problem -solving skillsDecision -making capabilities and strategic approachHigh level of written and spoken EnglishExcellent knowledge of Labour Law is an advantageBenefits:Private health insuranceInternational work environmentExcellent work -life balanceDefined individual carrier pathGreat opportunity for development through cooperation with a large number of different industries and clientsWorking in a team that values diversity, creativity and cooperation
