Role Overview

We're looking for a
motivated Junior Developer
— a recent graduate or student eager to learn, grow, and build an international career. You'll work with senior engineers on modern enterprise platforms (including AI, automation, and workflow tools), develop technical skills, and collaborate with teams across Europe and the U.S.

What You'll Do

  • Learn and build solutions using cutting-edge technologies (cloud, AI, automation, integrations).
  • Collaborate with senior developers on live international projects from U.S. clients.
  • Contribute to software design, API development, data flows, and performance optimization.
  • Research, prototype, and experiment with new frameworks and tools.
  • Participate in structured mentorship and professional development programs.
  • Work in agile, global teams that value initiative, creativity, and ownership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or near completion) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong academic record and foundation in algorithms, programming, or systems design.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Passion for technology, curiosity, and a desire to grow fast.
  • Bonus: experience with JavaScript, Python, or any modern backend or frontend framework.
