We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Game Presenter Team Manager to join our expanding team in Belgrade. This pivotal role is key to delivering exceptional gaming experiences while supporting and leading a team of talented game presenters in the iGaming industry.

Key Responsibilities of the Role
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of game presenters to ensure high-quality performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee daily operations and workflow to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in live gaming sessions.
  • Develop training programs to enhance skills and improve service delivery in order to exceed player expectations.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless operations and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Maintain open communication with team members to foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all gaming activities.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the iGaming industry or a similar entertainment sector.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
  • Strong understanding of live game operations and familiarity with gaming technology and platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with teams and individuals at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays, if necessary.
