Candidateat position HR Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role in shapingthe success of our operations, contributing to company mission of deliveringtop -notch consulting services to the pharmaceutical industry. Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with external partners, such as local and international legal and tax advisors, to address administrative and HR matters effectively, ensuring effective support for employees across multiple countries.Prepare and manage documentation for external partners - bookkeeping and accounting agencies, legal and tax advisors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.Stay updated on labor laws and compliance requirements in multiple jurisdictions, providing guidance to ensure organizational compliance.Organize frequent business travel for employees, managing all aspects of accommodation, transportation, visas, and itineraries to support client -focused operations.Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees in a global context.Draft, review, and manage employment contracts, ensuring compliance with diverse country -specific labor legislations.Manage administrative tasks such as benefits and tax administration while ensuring the archive system is well organized, up -to -date, and easily accessible.Maintain and manage employee records and company documentation with confidentiality and accuracy.Assist in coordinating office space maintenance, addressing logistical and operational needs promptly.Draft formal and informal communications,ensuring clarity, professionalism, and consistency, while keeping managementinformed of ongoing processes and updates.Requirements RequirementsBachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within an international business setting.Proficiency in English, both written and verbal; knowledge of German would be considered as an advantage.Proficiency in professionalcommunication, including clear and concise emails and documents.
