Your Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Desk Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. The candidate should have experience in Active Directory and EntraID, along with comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft products as required for the service desk role. Basic knowledge of PowerPlatform is a plus but not required. The position requires excellent communication skills, empathy, teamwork, stress resistance, and a customer-friendly approach.

Your responsibilities include:

  • On/Offboarding users
  • Creating functional Mailboxes
  • Managing M365 groups (EntraID, SharePoint, etc)
  • Teams Chat (Helpdesk account)
  • Call intake Phone calls / Helpdesk mailbox / self service
  • Logging everything in ITSM tool (ServiceNow)
  • Sending out informationals
  • Creating manuals / howto's
  • Improving functionalities within ITSM
  • Handling phishing mails
  • Resolving 1st/2nd line calls
  • Active Directory and EntraID
  • Possible Work visits Europe
  • Basic knowledge regarding PowerPlatform (not required, but nice to have)
  • Work in two shifts: 07:30–16:00 or 09:30–18:00

Required Skills & Expertise

  • You have min. secondary vocational education.
  • Supplemented by approximately 2 years of relevant IT courses, specifically in ITIL and commonly used applications.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Understanding of computer hardware components and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with network basics (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN) and remote access tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common hardware, software, and network issues independently or with guidance.
  • Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems for logging, tracking, and routing incidents.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and user account management is an advantage
