A growing company operating in the Oil & Gas industry is looking for an Expansion Manager to start their business in Serbia.

Our client is committed to a model of automatic service stations to sell fuel at convenient prices. With over 160 automatic stations across Spain and Portugal, they are now expanding to other countries, including Serbia.

As an Expansion Manager, you will be in charge of identifying expansion opportunities for new locations in Serbia.

Your functions:

  • Identify expansion opportunities through the prospecting of land and commercial premises across Serbia.
  • Assess the feasibility and market potential of identified locations to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals with property owners, real estate agents, and other key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition and startup of new locations.
  • Maintain strong and constructive relationships with all stakeholders, including local partners and municipal authorities.
  • Prepare detailed prospecting and market analysis reports for strategic decision making.

What you will bring:

  • Previous experience in land or commercial premises prospecting, preferably in the retail or real estate sector.
  • Valid driver's license and availability for frequent travels within the country.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a natural people-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Residency in Belgrade greater area, with availability to travel nationally.
