Job description:

  • Sending purchase orders and tracking deliveries from international suppliers in line with sales project requirements
  • Organizing transport and coordinating with freight forwarders and customs brokers
  • Monitoring and implementing customs procedures
  • Posting goods receipts and related costs in the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
  • Maintaining, storing, and archiving import documentation
  • Preparing and executing foreign currency payments to international suppliers
  • Monitoring current regulations in the field of foreign trade operations
  • Organizing and overseeing temporary import/export procedures, including customs and logistics aspects

Required experience and skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in import, foreign trade, customs, or logistics operations
  • Knowledge of foreign trade and customs regulations, as well as experience working with freight forwarders
  • Strong command of English (written and verbal communication with international partners)
  • Experience working with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel)
  • Detail-oriented and systematic approach to work, with accuracy in document processing
