Opis pozicije

Tražimo Store Managera koji će voditi tim Flagship parfimerije u Galeriji Beograd i obezbediti da svaka poseta Belodore-u bude iskustvo koje se pamti. Ova pozicija zahteva kombinaciju liderskih sposobnosti, organizacionih veština i istančanog osećaja za estetiku i luksuz. Idealna osoba je profesionalac koji zna kako da inspiriše tim, postavi visoke standarde i istovremeno gradi toplu, prijatnu atmosferu za kupce i kolege.

Ključne odgovornosti:

  • Upravljanje svakodnevnim operacijama prodavnice i prodajnim timom
  • Postizanje prodajnih ciljeva i visokog nivoa korisničkog zadovoljstva
  • Održavanje premijum standarda prezentacije, prodajnog prostora i usluge
  • Analiza prodajnih rezultata i predlaganje mera za unapređenje performansi
  • Saradnja sa svim organizacionim delovima Belodore tima ali i drugim delovima DP Lux grupe
  • Kreiranje prijatne, profesionalne i inspirativne radne atmosfere

Profil idealnog kandidata:

  • Minimum 2 godine iskustva u vođenju prodajnog tima (prednost: luksuzni segment – parfemi, moda, kozmetika, nakit)
  • Izražene organizacione i komunikacione sposobnosti
  • Liderski pristup zasnovan na podršci i motivaciji tima
  • Strast prema luksuznim brendovima i radu sa klijentima
  • Orijentisanost ka rezultatima i visokim standardima poslovanja
  • Poznavanje engleskog jezika
