Role Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Gaming Equipment Administrator to oversee the operations and management of our gaming equipment. In this senior role, you will be responsible for inventory management, equipment testing, procurement, and ensuring all equipment meets company standards. You will contribute to improving operational processes, track equipment quality, and collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient and compliant operations. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Inventory Management and Control: Oversee and maintain records of all gaming equipment, including roulette wheels, dice, cards, and auxiliary items. Ensure that all studios are well-equipped with functional and compliant gaming tools.
- Equipment Analysis and Testing: Conduct regular inspections and tests of gaming equipment such as roulette balls and playing cards to ensure they meet company standards. Identify and address equipment defects or discrepancies.
- Procurement and Order Management: Manage the procurement process by placing orders for new equipment or spare parts (e.g., felts, rims, dice) as required. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Administrative Oversight: Handle administrative tasks, including documenting inventory changes, tracking testing equipment, and managing photo session tools. Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Process Standardization: Develop, implement, and maintain standardized procedures for equipment management, ensuring alignment with ISO requirements and company policies.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively identify potential issues in the equipment management process and take necessary actions to resolve them, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as Training, Risk/Surveillance, and HR to ensure alignment on equipment requirements and operational objectives.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit detailed reports on equipment quality, procurement, inventory status, and other key performance indicators to senior management.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all equipment complies with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Uphold confidentiality, prioritize safety, and maintain the integrity of company information.
- Educational Background: University degree in a relevant field.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, ideally within the gaming or equipment management industry.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of gaming equipment, inventory management systems, and relevant technical tools.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and keep detailed records.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and precision in all tasks and documentation.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts (8 hours/day, 5 days a week, across 3 shifts).
- Process Improvement Expertise: Experience with ISO process standardization and operational efficiency improvements.
- Technical Knowledge: Experience with gaming equipment testing, calibration, and maintenance.
