Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Specialist based in Belgrade. The Quality Specialist will handle day-to-day responsibilities, including conducting quality audits, ensuring compliance with quality standards, performing quality control checks, and preparing quality reports. The role also involves ensuring adherence to quality assurance protocols, analyzing data to improve processes, and effectively communicating findings with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Quality Control and Quality Auditing to ensure compliance with set standards.
  • Strong understanding of Quality Assurance processes and their implementation.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to assess data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Engineering.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry practices is a plus.
