About Job

RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

General:

  • Manage relationship with account-teams (crowds, FLs and agencies)
  • Onboard new resources into the different programs: welcome email, training, accounts
  • Share new project info and/or account volume patterns for their language as reference.
  • Manage and update resource schedule with availability changes (holidays, leaves, drops, etc.)
  • Coordinate and book pool of resources according to the heads-up or handoffs from the Project Management team and reconfirm availability when needed.
  • Introduce new resources progressively, identifying suitable projects.

LLM:

  • Manage communication with resources during all qualification journey​
  • Track resource status and contact inactive ones to engage them​
  • Channel resource questions​
  • Manage LLM General Authoring Certs review​
  • Ensure all certs' completion by the resource before s/he do the project​
  • Send them to the Sandbox only passers​
  • Golden Resource Management​
  • Manage the list of approved resources per language​
  • Maintain regular communication with approved resources​
  • Liaise with PM teams to ensure they have preference on new work​
  • Work with PMs to ensure resource dashboards are updated
  • Other work assigned by the supervisor.
