What You'll Do:

As a dishwasher, you'll provide our guests with spotless cutlery, plates and glassware. You'll also keep pots, pans and kitchen tools clean and ready at all times for the line cooks to create delicious dishes for our guests. Organization and efficiency are important as you quickly rinse, wash, pre-sort and deliver clean dishes to the kitchen and dining room.

Other Key responsibilities may include:


• Keep the dish machine clean and make sure the wash cycle is sanitary and effective. Report any problems immediately.


• Load, run, and unload the dish machine. Always maintain adequate levels of clean tableware


• Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss


• Complete assigned prep work and beautification duties

Your Background:


• You have an eye for detail and you're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment


• Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment


• Availability to work weekends and some holidays


• A can-do attitude: you tackle every task with a smile


• Team player: you have your team's back and they have yours


• Attention to detail: you'll make sure every dish is spotless


• Stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, and continuously bend, reach and twist


• Must be at least 18 years' old


• Fluent in English


• Must be able to pass a TSA Federal background check
