Belgrade Srbija Hybrid, Serbia Mplus Serbia Full time €40,000 - €60,000 per year

As a Systems Administrator, you will manage and secure the onboarding platform, ensuring smooth daily operations. You'll also implement templates, reporting, and automation to make onboarding projects more efficient, acting as the technical owner of the platform within the company.

Main duties:

  • Manage system administration tasks including user provisioning, roles, permissions, and access governance
  • Configure project templates, workflows, milestones, and dependencies to standardize onboarding processes
  • Implement business rules and cross-functional logic into onboarding projects to reflect real operational requirements
  • Perform regular project health checks to ensure data quality and consistency, such as verifying that all tasks have an assignee, dependencies are properly linked, and workflows are progressing as designed
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards to provide leadership visibility into onboarding timelines, performance, and outcomes
  • Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform reliability
  • Test new platform features, updates, and integrations prior to rollout; document changes and train users where needed
  • Maintain detailed system documentation, including configuration standards and best practices, for both corporate and portfolio company users
  • Act as the primary liaison with the platform vendor for support cases, escalations, and custom feature requests
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to streamline onboarding
  • Provide technical guidance to portfolio companies as they implement or optimize their own onboarding environments

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field; or equivalent technical experience
  • 3+ years of experience in system administration of SaaS platforms
  • Prior experience configuring workflows, templates, or automation in a business system
  • Familiarity with reporting and data visualization within SaaS platforms
  • Experience working with vendors on technical support and feature requests preferred
  • Curious and eager to explore new features, learn tools and systems, and identify automation opportunities
  • Willingness to work afternoon shifts (2 pm - 10 pm, 3 pm - 11 pm)
