We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Software Quality Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our ATM software products.

Position Summary: The Software Quality Engineer will be responsible for validating the functionality, performance, and security of ATM software solutions. This includes testing software builds, automation scripts, and remote content updates across a variety of ATM platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for ATM software applications.
• Validate automation scripts for software installation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Test remote content updates and ensure ATM patch levels are maintained.
• Collaborate with developers to support continuous integration and deployment testing.
• Review technical documentation and provide feedback from a testing perspective.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Communicate test results and quality metrics to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Basic understanding of Windows-based desktop solutions and transaction processing platforms.
• Basic understanding of network loads, remote delivery tools and ATM/PC security.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Typing proficiency (minimum 40 wpm).

Education and Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Must pass all applicable background screening tests.
