Our client is a leading Betting & Gaming operator in SEE, looking to hire CPO to lead the execution and delivery of the company's business through spearheading strategy and execution for the product and platform team.

About you:

Strong background in leading fast moving Product teams (iGaming and/or Fintech industry)

Effective leadership of senior, highly knowledgeable teams

Control of extensive, business critical P&L

Quality relationship building with internal teams

Consistent willingness to challenge the status quo

Repeated demonstration of high end digital product delivery

Promotion of technical and product innovation

An eyes-open approach to influences from competitors, similar industries and the Internet of Things

Effective client facing or pre-sales experience

Strong appreciation of technology and commercial application

Successful application of Scrum / Agile methodologies

Exceptional soft skills; analytical, communication, organization and priority/time management.

Exceptional soft skills in people management

Ability to influence others in a matrix reporting relationship.

Strategic and collaborative thinking.

As the CPO you Will:

Lead the execution and delivery of the company's business strategy through Spearhead strategy and execution for the product and platform team, including business planning, budgeting and forecasting

Provide strategic direction and conceptual development of road map

Drive innovation that works, combining product synergies across multiple verticals and tools

Own P&L for Product organization, ensuring effective use of resources across the organization with effective monitoring and control

Iterate on existing portfolio and experience to grow sales, engagement and retention

Look ahead and lead strategy and execution to future generations of products

Transform ideas into actionable concepts, projects, timelines

Focus on hands-on development of user experience for all products including out of box experience, content, interface design and UX

Develop strong partnership with Sales, Marketing and Legal team to create well-rounded product offering that pushes the company objective

Ensure all staff in the organization operate at the level of competence for their posts, to coach, support and develop staff to enhance their performance and to take effective steps to deal with underperformance

Ensure that key decisions are well defined, well based and reviewed

Be ready to handle and lead non-planned tasks and issues

On a regular basis and when needed communicate with and inform CEO, board and other stakeholders
