Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform quarterly and financial reports provided by fund managers into the standard IDS format.
  • Execute validation processes, including multi-layered data quality checks and application of standard validation rules.
  • Review and resolve errors, warnings, and notifications related to data submitted via standardized templates.
  • Escalate identified issues to the relevant department team lead or relevant departments when necessary.
  • Collaborate with general partners to ensure the timely submission of quarterly reports in standardized templates directly to the platform.
  • Manage day-to-day communication and coordinate quarterly deadlines with general managers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and teamwork orientation.
  • Problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and apply knowledge to business challenges.
  • Experience in using AI and ML tools for daily operations is a plus.
