We are seeking a Web Production Specialist with a focus on creating and updating website pages for our global websites. As a member of our website production team, you will work on page updates, content entry, site maintenance, creating requirements for and testing the CMS components, general site quality assurance and user experience under the direction of the Manager of Web Operations.

Your role in our missio n

• Create, update and maintain web pages using our CMS platform

• Edit and upload content, images and videos to the website

• Ensure that website content is up-to-date, accurate and error-free

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop, implement and maintain web projects

• Develop and document procedures for updating and maintaining the website

• Ensure website usability and accessibility by testing functionality and user experience

• Work with the Manager of Web Operations to establish quality assurance standards and ensure compliance with those standards

• Monitor website analytics to evaluate website performance and identify areas for improvement

Valued skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree in web design, computer science, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in website production or related field

• Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g. Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress)

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies

• Knowledge of web design principles, & web accessibility standards

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
