Credit, Treasury and Entity planning Associate

What will you do - Responsibilities:

• Implement payment procedures, liaise with banks, and ensure compliance with Company’s Policies and Procedures.
• Conduct Anti-Money Laundering checks on customer payments across JTI Adriatica region, and prepare AR month-end files.
• Coordinate month-end closing and bank reconciliations in SAP.
• Prepare short-term cash flow forecasts for Adriatica entities.
• Support Treasury Associate in daily tasks, and coordinate daily Customer Credit Control processes.
• Support HQ and Global Treasury team with documentation, reports, and analyses.
• Coordinate issuance and receipt of Bank Guarantees (BG) for State and Vendors.
• Prepare ITR for Treasury responsibilities in Adriatica.
• Assist Treasury Manager in Entity planning and Credit Control activities.
• Facilitate TP creation and handle RRP requests for Adriatica.
• Coordinate credit facility processes, including communication with HQ, banks, contract reviews, and ITR preparation.
• Calculate credit limits, manage credit days, and handle BG issuance and prolongation processes.
• Ad hoc requests for Treasury topics

Who are we looking for - Requirements:
 

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in Treasury, Banking, or Corporate Finance (preferably in an international setting)
• Fluency in Serbian and English
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and SAP
• Strong analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, sense of ownership, flexibility, and a collaborative mindset
