Brand Associate

 

Position:

Planning and development of brand strategies (portfolio, communication, consumer and trade activation) and level of investment in regards of competitive and legislative environment across Adriatica region. Aligning JTI Brand's, DTC and NpD needs and providing recommendations to Group Brand Manager Adriatica based on deep market, consumer and financial analysis for maximum profitability and volume growth of all sub-families across the cluster.

 

What will you do:

 

  • Collaborate closely with the line manager and team members to facilitate the development of brand plans, including setting priorities, goals, and budget allocation. 
  • Supporting the Group Brand Manager in the development of specific marketing projects, demonstrating exceptional multitasking abilities.
  • Follow-up and ensure timely reporting to assess if activities are materializing as planned and in line with JTI Brand values, performance and budget. Recommend corrective actions when necessary.
  • Collect and analyze data (e.g. internal sales data, profit and loss statements, and external reports from Nielsen and Brand Tracker), and prepare reports with proposals of actions to support JTI brand health and performance in line with market trends, category, brands and competition developments.
  • Using Product Lifecycle Management system for initiating Ready-Made-Cigarettes and Fine Cut portfolio projects from idea to product roll-out. Understand and follow up on supply chain dynamics and driving projects with speed via timely engaging all cross–functional stakeholders. 
  • Cooperation with Agencies in developing concepts and designs for 360 integrated marketing activities through all touch-points.

 

Requirements:

 

  • University degree
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in FMCG marketing;
  • Advanced level of English language (both written and spoken);
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;
  • Advanced level of analytical skills.
