The Human Resources department takes care of the company’s most important resource ― its employees. Our HR experts seek the best individuals to meet the msg global business objectives. The team is responsible for key domains such as employment management, compensation, benefits, recruiting, performance management, training and development, and much more. Become part of msg global’s international HR team and take ownership of a great variety of challenging tasks. Together we write the next chapter of msg global and drive the growth of our company and its people. This is a temporary position with a contract duration of 9-12 months.
What you'll do
- Collaborate in preparing data for our payroll vendor, ensuring all details—such as salary adjustments, position changes, vacation and sick leave, and benefits—are accurate, error-free, and submitted on time;
- Prepare and manage employee contracts, annexes, and other employment-related documents with precision;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physically and digitally;
- Manage and maintain the HR information system (SuccessFactors), ensuring it remains accurate and current;
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries from colleagues via the HR central mailbox, providing support directly or redirecting to the appropriate HR team member;
- Assist in preparing documentation for mobility-related topics, including business trips, employee relocations, and various proof-of-evidence requirements;
- Support annual processes related to performance management and compensation reviews;
- Collaborate and coordinate with HR team members, as well as internal and external partners, including finance, IT, legal, and other departments.
What we're looking for
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as economics, law, human resources, business administration, or similar;
- At least 2 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on administration and payroll;
- Experience or knowledge of labor law will be considered a plus;
- A curious and proactive mindset, eager to learn and find solutions;
- Strong communication skills and a passion for accuracy with an eye for detail;
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite tools.
