Triage Engineer, Autonomy

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software development and delivery of Electric Adventure Vehicles.

As a Triage Engineer, you will work with feature engineering and help guide the development process to ensure overall quality metrics are satisfied.

• Collaborate with multiple software teams and feature engineering teams to root cause vehicle and system-level software defects.
• Ensure bug reports have sufficient information for diagnosis and prioritization.
• Identify trends for issues on a per component and a per release basis and create KPIs and dashboards.
• Provide visibility into the latest ticket status and highlight items that appear to have stalled.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of software fixes.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• At least 1-3 years of professional experience in Software Development/Operations.
• Experience with defect management and working with cross-functional teams in a Product / Feature development environment.
• Experience with data analytics in relation to feature validation and evaluation of trends.
• Ability to read and understand code (Matlab/Simulink, and SQL).
• Experienced with management tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
• Understanding/knowledge of active safety as well as L1/L2+ autonomous vehicle systems/features.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to work with ambiguity and be self-motivated.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and continuous integration concepts for developing and implementing software.
