Sales & Service cloud (C4C) Consultant - CX Expert Services

Job Summary: Technology Consultant specialized in SAP C4C to improve clients' business models and performance while preserving customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

• Collect business requirements from clients and design technical solutions to meet their needs.
• Develop and configure SAP C4C solutions to meet client requirements.
• Act as liaison with SAP C4C customers for troubleshooting and support.
• Support solution architects on a technical level during the sales process.
• Determine gaps, problems, and workaround solutions.
• Support customers with in-depth technical knowledge on new and existing projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience in implementing projects in SAP CRM environment or relevant technologies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English (German is a plus).
• Self-driven and up-to-date with the latest technology.

Preferred Skills:

• Current technical certification for SAP S/4HANA Cloud products or relevant CRM technology.

Experience:

• Experience in IT consulting, software development, or technical CRM environment.
• Extensive technical experience working on large, complex software integration projects.
• Experience working directly with customers and partners on projects or providing specialized services.
