About the Team:

The team is a cross-functional global community of dedicated ZF digital transformation agents & process experts. You will be part of the project team that is charged with template development, implementation & continuous improvement for our transformation into SAP S/4 HANA ERP.

What you can look forward to:

• Develop, maintain, and implement holistic concepts for knowledge management for different target groups and skill levels
• Ensure quality and completeness of training materials provided by the external service provider
• Align demand for knowledge management (training, online-modules, ...) with Business Functions and IT
• Implement learning evaluation, derive and execute improvement measures to ensure high-quality knowledge management
• Define templates, standards, systems, etc. for knowledge management content in collaboration with other ZF departments

Your Profile

• Degree in education management, business education, business informatics, or similar qualification and 6+ years of working experience preferably in FICO SAP modules and any other module knowledge (MM/WM/SD/PP/QM) at least as a Key User. Knowledge Management function and project management are added advantage
• Own experience in content creation for different learning formats (web-based training, videos, classroom training, ...)
• Affinity to IT technology, Know-how in SAP S/4HANA and ECC/or SAP EnableNow, Articulate is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, independent working approach and analytical thinking, high reliability, openness, and flexibility to work in a very dynamic working environment
• Good writing and speaking English skills are required, German skills are advantageous
