Representative Western Balkans: Support ZF Aftermarket development in the region, drive customer success, and collaborate with key stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Support ZF Aftermarket development within the Western Balkans area, aligning with the defined Sub-zone strategy.
• Monitor and support assigned clients in the Western Balkans area to achieve customer targets.
• Collaborate with the Central Key account manager and Aftermarket Sub-Zone Head to serve large customers.
• Organize and participate in client events and meetings to address specific marketing needs.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.

Your Profile:

• Experience in Automotive Aftermarket or Automotive, preferably in an international environment.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, economics, or a related field.
• Strong English knowledge, with German being an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within the Western Balkans territory, with a valid driving license.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP, and CRM.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
