Technical Mining Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Mining Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical sales support, conducting mining system development and project management, and participating in customer technical meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical sales support to customers and distribution partners throughout Latin America and North America.
• Develop and implement mining system solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Manage projects from concept to delivery, focusing on scheduling, budgeting, and detailed design.
• Analyze customer and OEM requirements to develop technical solutions.
• Conduct field testing and provide support for electronic issues.
• Develop and deliver technical product training to sales teams, distributors, and strategic customers.
• Collaborate with service teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in mechanical or electrical engineering, preferably in the mining industry.
• Familiarity with mtu products and CAN bus protocol.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (50%).
• Bilingual/Trilingual (English, Spanish, Portuguese, etc.)
