We're looking for an analytical expert to build and scale our competitor monitoring, experimentation insights, and persona segmentation efforts.

This role will play a key part in shaping how we identify market opportunities, translate intelligence into testable hypotheses, and improve marketing performance across paid channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor competitors across multiple platforms including PPC, paid social, display, and programmatic channels
  • Analyse landing pages, ad messaging, funnel strategies, and offer mechanics
  • Support persona segmentation and customer journey analysis
  • Build and maintain dashboards that visualise competitor data and traffic trends
  • Automate reporting and data collection processes using internal tools or APIs
  • Collaborate with the experimentation team to deliver hypotheses for testing
  • Research competitors' business models, product strategies, and revenue streams
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements
  • 2–4 years experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or similar field
  • Proven knowledge of paid media channels
  • Experience with campaign tracking, performance measurement, and A/B testing
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and landing page evaluation
  • Customer segmentation techniques
