Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our HR team as an Administrative Support Specialist.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional support to employees and contributing to the success of our organization.

  1. Provide administrative assistance to employees and the HR team, including handling tasks such as employee data management, document preparation, and correspondence.
  2. Collaborate with the wider HR team to work on various HR-related topics, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  3. Create and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  4. Support the payroll team by ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing employee data.
  5. Assist with travel arrangements, expense processing, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with HR software knowledge (SAP and ServiceNow).
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English language.
