Job Opportunity: Uniform Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Uniform Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for managing our uniform stock, ensuring proper fit for all employees, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively across departments. Native or fluent Turkish speakers are preferred, with strong proficiency in English (B2 level) also required.

About the Role:

• Manage uniform stock levels, track inventory, and report discrepancies as necessary.
• Inspect uniforms for quality and manage repair or alteration processes.
• Collaborate with tailors, suppliers, and various departments to meet uniform needs.
• Ensure uniform policies are followed and maintain personal appearance records.
• Use company software to manage stock movements and update records.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent in Turkish (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency (B2).
• PC literate and familiar with stock management software.
• High attention to detail in managing inventory and appearance standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments and communicate with suppliers.
• Background in fashion, textiles, or uniform design.
• Experience in streamlining inventory processes for greater efficiency.
