Job Title: Fashion Expert

The Fashion Expert is responsible for ensuring all company standards are met in terms of appearance.

The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills, as well as experience with makeup application and hairstyling. A diploma or professional certification in hairstyling or a related field is also required.

This role involves working across various shifts in a 24/7 work environment and providing training to employees on appearance standards. The ability to manage diverse personalities and environments is essential, as well as strong attention to detail and self-discipline.

• Key responsibilities include performing makeup and hairstyling services, monitoring and managing inventory, and creating a positive experience for employees through friendly and professional demeanor.
• Maintenance of cleanliness and organization of tools and workspaces is crucial, as well as effective communication through company channels to report and track activities.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent in Turkish (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency (B2).
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in makeup application and hairstyling, with a diploma or professional certification in hairstyling or a related artistic field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and self-discipline to maintain high standards and address any concerns efficiently.
