You will work closely with business leaders to identify and prioritize initiatives that drive organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes. Your expertise will be essential in helping us achieve our business objectives.

In this role, you will also be responsible for managing employee and labor relations matters, collaborating with regional and global HR teams, and delivering integrated solutions to meet business needs.

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

• University degree in Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Business Partner role.
• Demonstrated measurable improvements in staffing, talent management, and compensation.
• Proven ability to effectively coach employees and management through complex issues.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Analytical and strategic mindset.
