This Project Manager will play an active role in improving our project management processes and approach, driving both delivery excellence and efficiency in our business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering project scope to time quality and cost
  • Building strong relationships with senior client representatives and internal stakeholders
  • Establishing effective communications across the project delivery team
  • Taking the lead on problem solving and decision making
  • Controlling commercial aspects of the project under contract arrangements
  • Managing risk to the business and to the client

The ideal candidate should have proven success in delivering projects within the energy sector, knowledge of approaches to change management, risk management, schedule and cost management, and all other aspects of project management.

Candidate Specification:
Essential:

  • Relevant degree or successful experience in project management of energy sector projects
  • Previous experience in electrical infrastructure projects preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Project Management experience
  • Appreciation of commercial sphere of project work including contract terms
