Senior Wine Connoisseur

We are seeking a Head Sommelier to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our wine cellar, creating wine lists, and providing exceptional service to our guests.

1. Manage the wine cellar, including ordering, receiving, and storing wine.
2. Create wine lists for all outlets and restaurants, ensuring that they are up-to-date and accurately reflect our current wine offerings.
3. Develop and implement wine promotions and incentive programs to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
4. Attend wine tastings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest products and trends.
5. Train and educate server and bartender staff on wine origin, vintage, styles, and pairings.

• Excellent knowledge of wine, including its origin, vintage, and style.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods of time.
