Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join our team at We find it, a multinational company based in Switzerland. As a key member of our international and multicultural team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality software solutions.

Mission Statement

As a Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company by leveraging your expertise in cloud native development. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Writing efficient, reusable, and testable code;
- Integrating user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic;
- Implementing security and data-protection solutions;
- Integrating data storage solutions;

Responsibilities Overview

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements;
- Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using Python and Django Web Framework;
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions;
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

- At least 2 years of experience in software development;
- In-depth knowledge of Python and Django Web Framework;
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases;
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and their implementation;
- Basic experience with Docker and virtualization technologies;
- Excellent unit-testing and debugging skills;
- Proficiency in Git;
- Enthusiasm for problem-solving and a strong sense of curiosity;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
